The proposed improvements consist of adding one auxiliary lane in the eastbound direction, extending the outside #5 lane beyond the Atlantic Ave EB off ramp to Cherry Ave. then dropping it before the Cherry Ave. undercrossing, and widening the Orange Ave. and Walnut Ave. undercrossing. MA Engineering is responsible for developing the signing, and pavement delineation for the project during the PS&E phase.
